The American Ju-Jitsu Center “Homestead’s Ultimate Ju-Jitsu Studio” offers a wide variety of programs including; Afterschool & Summer Camp program, Children & Adult Self Defense Classes, Weapons Courses, State & National Competition Team, Fitness MMA Program, Kick n Fit Fitness Program, Tiny Tigers Karate for ages 3 to 6, Sport Karate, & Gymnastics programs!
AJC Fitness MMA uses the newest hottest fitness techniques to cross fit and train students to optimal fitness. We take components from PX90 & Insanity, Cross Fit, Boxing, Kick Boxing, Sport Karate, MMA & the most popular fitness techniques in the martial arts.
Come be a part of our fitness revolution, with a 3 hour long boot camp class, class rotates every 30 minutes, beginning with Strength Training, then Cardio Fitness, finalized with Power Striking & Kicking – Then it starts all over again for a second round! “CAN YOU HANG”
The TASK program includes Daily Martial Arts and Character Development training. Our students develop better focus, increased confidence, and improved grades as they become more physically fit.
We transport the children from their school to our training center in our very own licensed and fully insured van, complete with a fully qualified, screened, and licensed driver. We then provide the children with a snack menu’s range from week to week. After which they receive homework assistance from one of our specialist. Students are then scheduled to participate in a suitable age and level appropriate Ju-Jitsu (karate) class.
We believe in keeping the children extremely busy with activities. We offer weekly field trips including and much, much, more:
